  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons roasted almond oil
  • 1 package (12 oz.) salad mix with sturdy greens, especially radicchio
  • 1 sweet onion such as Walla Walla, peeled and cut into half-moons
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup toasted sliced almonds


  1. In a bowl, whisk salt, lemon juice, and oil. Toss with remaining ingredients.
