Grape, Toasted Almond, and Sweet-Onion Salad

Time: 20 minutes. Juicy and crunchy, this salad will refresh you throughout the feast.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons roasted almond oil
  • 1 package (12 oz.) salad mix with sturdy greens, especially radicchio
  • 1 sweet onion such as Walla Walla, peeled and cut into half-moons
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup toasted sliced almonds
