Yield: about 10 servings
- 8 cups Plain Syrup
- 2 cups grape juice
- 1/2 cup Burgundy or other dry red wine
- Finely crushed ice
- Combine Plain Syrup and grape juice in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in wine. Store in an airtight glass container.
- For each serving, place about 1 cup Grape Syrup in a glass. Add enough finely crushed ice to fill glass; stir gently.
