A fun, different salsa! My only complaint is that at times it felt a little like just eating grapes - I recommend increasing the quantities of all the other ingredients across the board, especially the cilantro and jalapeno for a little more heat. Really great in contrast to chicken.
Really usual use of grapes! Great salsa. I had some home grown flame grapes that I wanted to use and came upon this recipe. No changes to recipes -- but next time would use larger jalapeno pepper for more zip. I did pulse in food processor to coarsely chop salsa. Served with CL Spice Shrimp (with Peach salsa --didn't make Peach salsa)
When I first saw this recipe I was putting together a dinner where each course featured grapes. I thought this sounded pretty unusual and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did as it is awesome! I think it tastes best the first day. I also didn't include the salt.
