Ingredients
- 2 large bananas
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons granola
Preparation
- 1. Peel and cut bananas into 3/4-inch slices.
- 2. Combine peanut butter and honey. Place granola in a food processer; pulse 3 to 4 times until finely chopped. Spread about 1/4 teaspoon peanut butter mixture onto 1 cut side of each banana slice; sprinkle evenly with granola.
