Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup whole almonds chopped
  • 1/4 sunflower seeds
  • 1 teasp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Preparation

heat honey, maple syrup and oil over low.add to all above mixed together

pour into baking sheet

Bake 325 degress for 50-80 min,. turning every 10-15 min
