Granola

Granola

  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 8 cup(s) rolled oats
  • 1 cup(s) wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) honey
  • 2 cup(s) coconut
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 3/4 cup(s) chopped nuts of any kind
  • 2/3 cup(s) vegetable oil

Preparation

Blend all together in a large bowl. Spray jelly roll pan with Pam and pour mixture onto pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container. After baking add: raisins, cranberries, sunflower seeds, nuts etc. if you like).
