Ingredients
- 8 cup(s) rolled oats
- 1 cup(s) wheat germ
- 1 1/2 cup(s) honey
- 2 cup(s) coconut
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 3/4 cup(s) chopped nuts of any kind
- 2/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
Preparation
- Blend all together in a large bowl. Spray jelly roll pan with Pam and pour mixture onto pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container. After baking add: raisins, cranberries, sunflower seeds, nuts etc. if you like).
