- 1/2 cup(s) yogurt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon

- 1/2 - 3/4 cup(s) maple syrup or honey
- Mix all ingredients and let sit on the counter overnight. Bake at 170* for 12-24 hours – yes, you read that right. Crumble up the oats and serve as cereal
