- 70 Ritz Crackers crushed
- 1 stick(s) butter melted
- 1/2 cup(s) Pecans Chopped
- 2 package(s) Instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 cup(s) Milk
- 1/2 gallon(s) Vanilla ice cream softened
- 1 large cool whip
- Mix Ritz Cracker, pecans and melted butter. Press 1/2 - 3/4 into bottom of 13x9pan. Mix Milk, Vanilla Pudding and Ice cream. Spread onto the cracker mixture. Place into refrigerator for 1 hour. Frost with cool whip and remaining cracker crumbs. refrigerate over night.
