Granny's Ice Cream Cake

  • 70 Ritz Crackers crushed
  • 1 stick(s) butter melted
  • 1/2 cup(s) Pecans Chopped
  • 2 package(s) Instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Milk
  • 1/2 gallon(s) Vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 large cool whip


  1. Mix Ritz Cracker, pecans and melted butter. Press 1/2 - 3/4 into bottom of 13x9pan. Mix Milk, Vanilla Pudding and Ice cream. Spread onto the cracker mixture. Place into refrigerator for 1 hour. Frost with cool whip and remaining cracker crumbs. refrigerate over night.
