- 1 stick butter
- 10 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 8 ounce cans diced green chiles
- 1 quart cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup marscapone
- 1 lb shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- dash tobasco
- handful chopped onion cooked
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in 9x13 pan. (Should use less than one stick.) Pour off half to use later. Beat eggs lightly, add flour, baking powder, etc. Pour egg mixture into pan. Pour reserved butter on top. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then turn down to 350 and bake for another 30-35 minutes.
