  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. ricotta
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • Crust
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder


  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into crust.
  2. Cover crust with clear wrap sprayed with Pam and press crust along the bottom and up sides. Bake 1 hr. 45 min.
