- 8 cup(s) Potatos, 2 1/2 pounds
- 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon(s) Onion Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Pepper
- Boil potatos and mash. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Can be made a day ahead, refrigerate. Cook on the day it is to be served.
