Ingredients
- 2 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 1 cup(s) uncooked oatmeal
- 6 ounce(s) tomato paste
- 6 ounce(s) water
- 1 clove(s) garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon(s) parsley
- 1 teaspoon(s) celery salt
- 1 bell peppers chopped
- 2 carrots (optional) shredded
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
- Mix all together. Form in a circle. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Put a topping of ketchup, brown sugar and mustard on top. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
