I always loved my grandma's meatloaf. It was always so moist and tasty.

  • 2 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 cup(s) uncooked oatmeal
  • 6 ounce(s) tomato paste
  • 6 ounce(s) water
  • 1 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parsley
  • 1 teaspoon(s) celery salt
  • 1 bell peppers chopped
  • 2 carrots (optional) shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. Mix all together. Form in a circle. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Put a topping of ketchup, brown sugar and mustard on top. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
