- 24 ounce(s) ketchup
- 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon(s) worchestershire sauce
- 3 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1 cup(s) water
- Blend sugar and cornstarch
- Stir in water, ketchup and worchestershire
- Add frozen meatballs
- Cook on low 5-6 hours
