Bag of bread stuffing. I like the soft kind but not necessary.
1 or so stick of butter
Several stickes chopped celery
1 chopped onion ( in a pinch use minced onion)
Poultry seasoning to taste
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Chicken broth or bouillon cube melted.
Saute ingredients except broth, and add to stuffing . Mix with hands until moist . Add broth to achieve this. Stuff turkey, chicken, or pork chops.
