Cook bacon and drain on paper towel. Brown beef with onion, garlic, and celery salt, drain. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add Macaroni and cook for another 30 minutes at a very light boil. Once noodles are cooked, crumble bacon and stir in before serving.
NOTES: May use one 28oz can of tomatoes with a 6 oz can of tomato sauce or soup.
