Grandma Ketchum's Skillet Macaroni
- 3 slice(s) Bacon
- 1 pound(s) Ground beef
- 1 Medium onion diced
- 1 clove(s) Garlic Minced
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Celery salt
- 2 16oz can(s) tomatoes
- 3/4 cup(s) elbow macaroni uncooked
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook bacon and drain on paper towel. Brown beef with onion, garlic, and celery salt, drain. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add Macaroni and cook for another 30 minutes at a very light boil. Once noodles are cooked, crumble bacon and stir in before serving.
- NOTES: May use one 28oz can of tomatoes with a 6 oz can of tomato sauce or soup.
