  • 3 slice(s) Bacon
  • 1 pound(s) Ground beef
  • 1 Medium onion diced
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Celery salt
  • 2 16oz can(s) tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup(s) elbow macaroni uncooked
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook bacon and drain on paper towel. Brown beef with onion, garlic, and celery salt, drain. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add Macaroni and cook for another 30 minutes at a very light boil. Once noodles are cooked, crumble bacon and stir in before serving.

  2. NOTES: May use one 28oz can of tomatoes with a 6 oz can of tomato sauce or soup.
