  • 12 Bright Red Corn Cobs
  • 3 pint(s) Water
  • 1 package(s) Sure Gel
  • 3 cup(s) Sugar


  1. Boil corn cobs in the water for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the liquid. If not 3 cups, add enough water to make 3 cups. Add Sure Gel and bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar and boil 2-3minutes or until jelly stage. Skim and Can.
