Grand Ma-Ma's Deviled Eggs

Yield Makes 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and halved
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Garnish: paprika

How to Make It

  1. Scoop egg yolks into a bowl. Arrange egg whites on a serving platter; set aside. Mash yolks well with a fork. Add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix well. Spoon into egg whites; sprinkle with paprika.
