Grand Ma-Ma's Deviled Eggs Recipe


Makes 8 servings

4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and halved
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Garnish: paprika


Scoop egg yolks into a bowl. Arrange egg whites on a serving platter; set aside. Mash yolks well with a fork. Add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix well. Spoon into egg whites; sprinkle with paprika.
