Hands down, my favorite brussel sprout recipe, and I eat a lot of brussel sprouts. Steaming them creates a perfectly cooked sprout and the mustard gives them an amazing flavor. Even my boyfriend who doesn't like mustard can't get enough of these.

So quick, easy and tasty. I actually cooked mine with some small red potatoes. Made a great meal.

So quick and easy....very flavorful with the suggested beef stroganoff. My husband and kids (who normally aren't big fans of brussel sprouts) thought these were good. The mustard added a nice kick and also masked the smell when the brussels were steaming!

Served these sprouts as a side dish with Meyer Lemon Chicken recipe. Easy to make and tasted great.

Best brussel sprouts I ever made. I followed the recipe exactly as written. My entire family loved these.

Love this quick and easy side. One of my favorites. It packs just enough flavor and pairs well with many of my favorite meats. I steam the sprouts for a little less time because I like them a bit crisper. Need to use less water if you cut down the time.

I thought these were delicious. I used a steamer for my Brussels spouts and thought the grainy mustard added a tangy and zippy twist. I love Brussels sprouts and usually don't have them "doctored" up--but will cook them like this again!
