Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chilled stick margarine
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until blended. Add crumbs and cinnamon; toss with a fork until moistened. Press crumb mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned; let cool on a wire rack.
