Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chilled stick margarine
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until blended. Add crumbs and cinnamon; toss with a fork until moistened. Press crumb mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned; let cool on a wire rack.
