- 2 cup(s) HALF & HALF
- 1/2 cup(s) CHOPPED OIL-PACKED SUN-DRIED TOMATOES
- 1 teaspoon(s) ONION POWDER
- 1 teaspoon(s) GARLIC POWDER
- 1 teaspoon(s) DRIED BASIL
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) SALT
- 1/2 cup(s) SHREDDED PARMESEAN
- ADDITIONAL ADDITIONAL PARMESEAN OPTINAL
Preparation
- COOK TORTELLINI ACCORDING TO THE PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
- MEANWHILE, IN A DUTCH OVEN, COMBINE THE SOUP, BROTH, MILK, HALF & HALF, TOMATOES AND SEASONINGS.
- HEAT THROUGH, TIRRING FREQUENTLY. DRAIN TORTELLINI; CAREFULLY ADD TO SOUP. STIR IN CHEESE. SPRINKLE EACH SERVING WITH ADDITIONAL CHEESE IF DESIRED.
