  • 2 can(s) REDUCED SODIUM CONDENSED TOMATO SOUP, UNDILUTED
  • 2 cup(s) VEGETABLE BROTH
  • 2 cup(s) 2% MILK
  • 2 cup(s) HALF & HALF
  • 1/2 cup(s) CHOPPED OIL-PACKED SUN-DRIED TOMATOES
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ONION POWDER
  • 1 teaspoon(s) GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 teaspoon(s) DRIED BASIL
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) SALT
  • 1/2 cup(s) SHREDDED PARMESEAN
  • ADDITIONAL ADDITIONAL PARMESEAN OPTINAL

Preparation

  1. COOK TORTELLINI ACCORDING TO THE PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.

  2. MEANWHILE, IN A DUTCH OVEN, COMBINE THE SOUP, BROTH, MILK, HALF & HALF, TOMATOES AND SEASONINGS.

  3. HEAT THROUGH, TIRRING FREQUENTLY. DRAIN TORTELLINI; CAREFULLY ADD TO SOUP. STIR IN CHEESE. SPRINKLE EACH SERVING WITH ADDITIONAL CHEESE IF DESIRED.
