Ingredients

3 tablespoons no-salt-added tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
2 (4-ounce) Italian cheese-flavored pizza crusts (such as Boboli)
1 1/2 tablespoons coarsely chopped kalamata olives, pitted
1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and cut into eighths
2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.

Spread mixture evenly over pizza crusts, leaving a 1/2-inch border around sides. Sprinkle evenly with olives; arrange artichoke on top. Bake at 450° for 5 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese; bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
