  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried fruit


  1. Combine first 5 ingredients; stir. Spread in a greased 15-x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Transfer to a mixing bowl to cool. Break into small pieces. Stir in remaining ingredients.
