Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup(s) prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/2 whole(s) onion minced
  • 1/3 cup(s) water
  • 1/4 cup(s) tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon(s) paprika
  • 6 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) koasher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/4 cup(s) molasses

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients in saucepan and bring the liquid to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and cook until the onions are tender and the mixture thickens. 20-25 minutes. Use the sauce warm or chilled. It will keep a couple of weeks in the fridge. It cans very well
