Golden Hashbrown Casserole

Warm and hearty Golden Hashbrown Casserole is an easy entree for your next breakfast or brunch.

Yield: Makes 10 to 12 servings


  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 30-oz. pkg. frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced


  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes, or until eggs are set.
