3 cups orange juice
2 1/2 cups chopped peeled mango
2 cups finely diced peeled cantaloupe
1 cup finely diced peeled jicama
1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup finely diced yellow bell pepper
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Cover and chill.
