- 1 cup(s) Corn Meal
- 1 cup(s) Flour
- 2-4 tablespoon(s) Sugar
- 4 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 cup(s) Milk(Butter)
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup(s) Vegetable Oil
- Preheat Oven to 425
- In a large bowl combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add milk, egg and oil. Beat until fairly smooth for about 1 minute
- Bake in greased or sprayed 8 inch square baking pan for 20 to 23 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
