Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
Preparation
- Cut chicken into 1- x 1 1/2-inch pieces; set aside. Combine next 5 ingredients; mix well. Dip chicken into batter, and fry in hot oil (375°) until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Combine honey and mustard, stirring well. Serve with nuggets.
