Preheat broiler to high. Arrange bread on a baking sheet; coat with cooking spray. Broil 1 minute on each side or until toasted. Spread 1 tablespoon goat cheese over each slice. Broil 30 seconds or until cheese melts. Sprinkle fresh dill and pepper over bread slices.
These toasts were really simple and the flavor combo of goat cheese and dill is always a winner, but I just feel like melting cheese onto bread doesn't exactly require a recipe. I would definitely make these again but I won't need to reference this recipe to do it.
