Goat Cheese Toasts

  • 2 (1-ounce) slices multigrain bread
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons goat cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How to Make It

  1. Preheat broiler to high. Arrange bread on a baking sheet; coat with cooking spray. Broil 1 minute on each side or until toasted. Spread 1 tablespoon goat cheese over each slice. Broil 30 seconds or until cheese melts. Sprinkle fresh dill and pepper over bread slices.
