Goat Cheese-Stuffed Dates

I made this for a girl's night and it was the hit of the night. The mix of the sweet dates with the bite of the goat cheese and a little garlic is fantastic. Very addictive! Great with cosmos!

I would definitely make these again. I took these to a wine tasting Christmas party (paired with a sauvigon blanc); my frienda and husband were pleasantly surprised.

Can't wait to try these, but I would skip garlic because I usually don't like it.

Made cream cheese-and-olive pecan bites, goat cheese-stuffed dates and baked pimiento cheese for a gathering of friends. Everything presented very nicely but at the end of the evening the dates and pecan bites were hardly touched. The baked pimiento cheese was gone!
