Ingredients

1 tablespoon minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 ounces goat cheese, softened
1 garlic clove, minced
8 (1/2-inch-thick) slices toasted French bread baguette

Preparation

1. Combine parsley, goat cheese, and minced garlic, stirring well. Spread evenly over toasted French bread baguette slices.
