1/4 cup (1 ounce) goat cheese, softened
2 tablespoons minced red onion
1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (8-ounce) block fat-free cream cheese, softened
