- 1 cup(s) part skim ricotta cheese
- 1 pound(s) frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 5 tablespoon(s) flour
- 1 cup(s) parmesan grated
- marinara sauce
- Mix all ingredients until well blended. Form into patties and place on a greased baking sheet. Spray tops with pam. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through baking time. Top each gnudi with marinara sauce.
