Gluten free pie crust

Use this gluten free, dairy free pie crust made with almond flour for quiches, key lime pie or other tasty desserts.

  • 1 1/2 cup(s) blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/4 cup(s) grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) water


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda. In small bowl, whisk together grapeseed oil and water. Stir the wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture until thoroughly combined. Press dough into a deep dish pie pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool before filling.
