Gluten Free Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup(s) peanut butter
- 3/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 3/4 cup(s) chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup(s) peanuts crushed
- Stir pb, sugar, egg, baking soda, and salt together. Add chocolate chips and peanuts. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Let cool on rack for 5-7 minutes before placing on cooling rack.
