- 3/4 cup crushed fresh strawberries
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 cups whole fresh strawberries
- 6 baked (2 3/4-inch) tart shells
- Whipped cream
How to Make It
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan; stir in water. Add crushed strawberries and lemon juice: cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 10 minutes or until thickened and clear. Cool.
Place whole strawberries in tart shells. Pour glaze evenly over berries. Chill. Top with whipped cream before serving.
