    I thought this was good.My boyfriend LOVED it! I made it with red mashed potatoes & chilled balsamic marinated asparagus which we thought went well with it. Very easy to prepare. Cardamom was pricey but I think a necessary ingredient. I will look for other recipes now that require that spice. I skipped the raisins b/c we do not like raisins.I will definitely make this again.

    This was fabulous.....fast AND tasty. Only thing is, it goes so fast that you have to make sure your side dishes have started cooking already. I served it with steamed carrots and whole wheat couscous. Delicious!!

    Absolutely the go to recipe for pork tenderloin before grilling season. Very different and very good. Goes well with spaghetti squash
