Glazed Parsnips

  • 3 cups (2-inch-long) julienne-cut peeled parsnip
  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tomato juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How to Make It
