How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine 3 tablespoons orange juice and next 3 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Step 2

Spoon batter into a 6- x 3- x 2-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and place on a wire rack.

Step 3

Combine powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon orange juice, stirring well. Drizzle glaze over warm bread.
