  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to Make It

  1. Stir together cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water until smooth. Combine cornstarch mixture, crushed pineapple, 1/4 cup sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; let cool completely.
