How to Make It

Step 1

In a chilled bowl, using an electric mixer on medium-high speed with chilled beaters, whip cream and sugar until cream holds stiff peaks.

Step 2

Divide ice cream among 4 bowls. Top each with bananas and caramel. Sprinkle with crushed gingersnaps. Dollop whipped cream on top and serve immediately.
