Very enjoyable drink. The ginger syrup is a must and together with the brandy, it gives a cinnamon-like spice to pear juice. Wonder if this drink can be served warm instead if chilled?

First made this at a Pre-Thanksgiving dinner for my niece several years ago. This has been to our Christmas party menu also. Everyone has loved this drink, definitely a winner!
