Ginger Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1 (1 1/2-inch-long) piece fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1/4 cup peanut oil
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil

Preparation

Process ginger and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped, stopping to scrape down sides. Add vinegar and next 3 ingredients; process 30 seconds. With processor running, slowly pour oils through food chute.
