- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
- 1/4 c. soy
- 3 T. ginger root
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 T. sweet white wine
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 2-3 T. thinly sliced green onions
- Heat soy to boiling. Add ginger; reduce heat. Simmer until most of liquid is absorbed, about 5 min. Stir in vinegar, sugar, wine, and 1 1/2 t. salt. Pour over shrimp . Cover and marinate for 2-4 hours. Remove from marinade and sprinkle with green onion
