Ginger Shrimp

  1. 1 1/2 lb. shrimp

  2. 1/4 c. soy
  3. 3 T. ginger root
  4. 1/4 c. vinegar
  5. 2 T. sugar
  6. 2 T. sweet white wine
  7. 1 1/2 t. salt
  8. 2-3 T. thinly sliced green onions

  9. Heat soy to boiling. Add ginger; reduce heat. Simmer until most of liquid is absorbed, about 5 min. Stir in vinegar, sugar, wine, and 1 1/2 t. salt. Pour over shrimp . Cover and marinate for 2-4 hours. Remove from marinade and sprinkle with green onion
