Saute
1 T. minced ginger
2 scallions, sliced
2 t. toasted sesame oil
over med heat for 1 minute
1 c. dry rice
2 1/4 c. water
1 t. kosher salt
Add rice and stir to coat, then add water and salt. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low and simmer until tender, about 20 min. Remove from heat; let rest 5 min. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds
