Ingredients
- Rice
Preparation
- Saute
- 1 T. minced ginger
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 2 t. toasted sesame oil
- over med heat for 1 minute
- 1 c. dry rice
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 1 t. kosher salt
- Add rice and stir to coat, then add water and salt. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low and simmer until tender, about 20 min. Remove from heat; let rest 5 min. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds
