Excellent recipe. Only thing is that it takes a lot longer than two minutes per side to make the tofu crispy. I'd say it was closer to five on each side.

I don't know what the rest of the the people who reviewed this were eating, but this was really, really awful. Seriously bland and gross. I threw it in the trash after 3 bites. I do agree that the marinade is quite tasty, but as for the tofu, horrid! I make about 15 tofu dishes and I cannot believe this went so awry. This recipe is going the same place as the tofu!!!

We broiled the tofu in the oven and served over brown rice - the vinaigrette is outstanding!

This was good, quick, and easy! I used Wegmans organic miso-ginger vinaigrette instead of making it from scratch, substituted brown rice for the white, and left out the cilantro because I didn't have any on hand. I would make this again, and would feel comfortable serving it to vegetarian guests.
