Ginger-Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 (1 1/2-inch) piece fresh ginger, grated (about 1 tablespoon)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup canola or grapeseed oil
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
Preparation
- Whisk together first 7 ingredients. Add oils, whisking to combine. Store, refrigerated, in an airtight container.
